President's Day 2017

Sunday I woke up about the same time I would to go to work, except I didn't have to go to work since it was a Sunday. So I chilled for a bit before going to take out the trash and visit my parents for a bit. Once I got home, I settled at home and watched the NBA All-Star game, which was the highest scoring game, but they didn't quite get to 200 points. 

This week is mid winter break, so a week off from school. Since it is the break, kids are not in school. I will be working this week at my "summer/weekend" job for the week to earn a bit of extra cash and just so I don't completely waste the week, or day for that matter doing nothing. The weather is going to be cold and wet, which sucks but could be worse I guess. 

NBA all star weekend

Work like usual, which is only a couple of days before the start of mid winter break. Yesterday was probably one of the nicer days in a while. It was sunny, was nice and not too cold or too hot for that matter either. It was good to get off work a bit early too.

Today doing laundry after working with the social group this morning. Weather forecast this week isn't looking too promising, but should be fine.

Although it is Mid winter break for school, I will still be working, just at a different place for the week. And it is all Star weekend in New Orleans.

Also got some shoes online.

Catch Up Time for February

Since I didn't really get a chance to write on what'd been going on, let play catch up.

2/1 through 2/4: watched the New Edition Story on BET. They did it like a mini movie series for 2 hours for 3 nights, so that how my nights after work were. On Saturday, did the social group thing and then did laundry, the usual stuff.

2/5 - Super Bowl LI (51) which the Patriots made a crazy comeback win vs the Falcons. It also was snowing pretty hard, so watched the game at my uncle's crib, and then got home right away before the snow got too crazy.

2/6 - Snow Day from work. About damn time. I've been waiting for a day like this since working at APL. Stayed at home, made a snowman, and thats pretty much it.

2/7 - Late start for work, so work for half the day. By the end of the work day, most of the snow was gone in Seattle, and had a bit left at home.

2/8 through 2/10 - work, work, work. Got off work early on Friday since I will be working the next night for the APL Auction. Did do my laundry as well.

2/11 - Worked at the 10th Annual APL School Auction at the Sheraton Hotel Seattle. Just showed up to do what I was supposed to do, and then went home. Didn't really feel like staying longer than I needed to or "turn up". 

2/12 - stayed at home, and getting over this sickness.

2/13 - back at work

2/14 - Valentine's Day. Had a small party in class and passed out some cards/candy. Also, Happy Birthday and Rest in Peace Pat Khamphouvong. Love you and miss you man. 

2/15 - Rainy Day at work. Got a bunch of rain.

Will still work on doing a better job of writing daily, but at least we're all caught up now. Til next time...
