Get your Slim Fitting Wifebeaters

saw an infomercial for this product. It suppose to make you like slimmer and improve posture, although its really just a wifebeater (or tank tee) with some small pads or whatever it is that compresses your gut.

Sergeant Fu - Vuvuzela

This is a song about Vuvuzelas, the horns that fans have been blowing nonstop during World Cup games, sounding like a swarm of killer bees. I think its pretty much the same deal like thundersticks and other various noisemakers over the years. I think it works ok in sporting events, but I'm surprised people dont stop blowing them, its annoying after a lil bit.
In fact, after watchin The Boondocks on Adult Swim last week, they were playing this noise during their commercials and now is stuck in my head. Now youtube had even added a feature on some of their videos. If you click on the soccer ball on the bottom right corner of the video, it makes the Vuvuzela noise, which is like a mixtape DJ, and ruined the song when they yell in the song. BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

"PrimeTime" gettin his KFC on... in a golf cart

via mediatakeout.com

Let it be know that Deion Sanders does love his KFC. I think his favorite shit is the two piece with mac and chesses and green beans, or some shit like that. I wonder how fast the golf cart goes?

holding out for a hero Bonnie Tyler

Heard this song from watchin an episode of Rob Dyrdek Fantasy Factory. It was the one with him buyin a horse to rock and him being a jockey and wins the race. This is a old school video, so it is very cheesy to say the least

The Smurfs Trailer ***Official HD***

This is legit trailer from Sony Pictures, but we'll wait and see if it really comes out next summer. I wonder how many times they goin to say stuff like " I'm goin to smurf off" or "Smurf yourself" and things like that.

Throwback Pic - Red in Hotel Room

Circa 2007: This picture was taken from Tony's camera as he was testing out his color-swap feature on his camera while in our hotel room in New York (well our hotel was in New Jersey, but it was a 20 min bus ride into NYC), This was also when I was rock a "fro-hawk" I guess you would call it.

Barack(There He Is)?....

via NY Daily

Click on the link up top for details, but this image is from 1993 for the music video for Tag Team's song "Whoop (There It Is)". Obama has already come out to deny that it was him as an extra in the video. In fact, the duo that made the song and video has confirm that is not the President, but rather a friend from back in the day known as LA Sno

Just for you can see it, at the 1 min mark, is where you can find the man in question show up

Rest in Peace John Wooden

John Wooden past away today at the age of 99, as he is known by many to be the best coach to ever live. He coached 29 years as UCLA Men's Basketball coach, with many wins along the away. So here is his Pyramid of Success. This doesn't just apply to only sports, but to really life in general.

Throwback Pic - 1999 Sammamish Totems Football

This picture was taken after beating Lakes HS in the semis of the 1999 3A WA State Championships. I'm in the front on the left (#23) and one of the darker skin players. If you look closer, you know who played in the game just by the water/sweat marks on the jerseys. Although the lose in the championship game to Prosser HS still hurts to this day, the season overall was a great experience, probably the 2nd best time in my high school days, only to graduation.

Rain - Hip Song

This is the song that is being used in the international (ASIA) markets to promote the Karate Kid film, as it appears in the movie trailer. The whole performance is a dance routine, and there are other videos of him and his dancers doing the same moves for the song, but just looks better in a suit.

Rain is a K-Pop star and he pretty big all around the world, expect the USA. He is also featured in a couple of Time Magazine articles a few years back as well, on one of those 100 people list.
