This is a concept from Jermaine Dupri, being back the "Rat Pack" balling in Vegas and looking fly while wearing suits and ties. He has himself B.Cox, Johnta Austin, Nelly, Tyrone, Trey Songz, and Usher making the group of 7 artist. Bow Wow was suppose to be part of the group, but homie dont do suits (youngn state of mind).
