This is a 2-part video from a CNN interview back in 2008 featuring Jero, real named Jerome Charles White, Jr where he talks his life growing up, and his rise to fame in Japan singing Enka, (old sounding music that is popular with the older Japanese generation during postwar Japan) with a hiphop twist.

He got his big break from an amatuer singing contest
